Services & Digital Products

Aatmica offers mindset coaching sessions, digital guides, workshops, and free educational resources focused on mental fitness, mindset growth, confidence building, and self-awareness.
All services are educational and developmental in nature and are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Coaching provided by Aatmica and Sima Mehta is intended for individuals seeking self-development, mindset transformation, and personal growth.

By participating in any Aatmica program, session, or using its resources, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Coaching is a supportive, educational, and goal-oriented process, not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

• Aatmica, its founder, and team members are not licensed mental health professionals, medical doctors, or legal advisors.

• Coaching outcomes depend on your individual commitment, openness, and willingness to implement insights discussed during sessions.

• No promise, representation, or guarantee is made regarding specific results, income, success, or emotional outcomes.

• Any examples, testimonials, or case studies shared by Aatmica are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of experience or result.

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being, including decisions, choices, and actions taken during or after coaching.

• If at any point coaching brings up distressing emotions or mental health concerns, you are encouraged to seek help from a qualified therapist, counselor, or healthcare provider.

 

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a coaching session, purchase a digital product, or use paid services through Aatmica.

 

Booking & Payments

All coaching sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through Aatmica’s official website or authorized payment channels.
Session fees are stated clearly on booking pages and must be paid in full to confirm your slot.

 

No Refunds or Cancellations

Once a coaching session is booked or a digital product is purchased, there are no refunds, returns, or cancellations.
Please review session details carefully before confirming your booking or purchase.

 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a coaching session at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed.

 

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others).
Your privacy and trust are respected at all times.

 

Intellectual Property

All materials, including PDFs, digital guides, videos, courses, and session content, are the intellectual property of Aatmica.
They are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, reproduced, or distributed in any form without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

By engaging with Aatmica, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your choices, actions, and results.

• Aatmica, its founder (Sima Mehta), and any team members, contractors, affiliates, partners, or representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching sessions, digital products, or reliance on any content or guidance provided.

• Aatmica does not guarantee specific outcomes, as transformation depends on your personal effort and participation.

• For paid services, Aatmica’s total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

• For free sessions, workshops, or resources, the total liability shall be ₹0 (zero).

• Aatmica is not responsible for third-party issues including technical failures, internet disruptions, or payment gateway errors beyond its control.

You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aatmica, its founder, team members, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in coaching or use of any materials provided.

 

No Medical or Therapeutic Relationship

Coaching through Aatmica is a collaborative, goal-oriented process and does not create a therapeutic, medical, or doctor-patient relationship.
All information and resources provided are for educational and self-development purposes only.

 

Force Majeure

Aatmica shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, technical outages, or internet disruptions.
In such cases, Aatmica will make reasonable efforts to resume operations as soon as possible.

 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the services, website, or these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

 

Changes to Terms

Aatmica may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
